# Rivalz - zNode

## **What is Rivalz - zNode?**

Rivalz Network is a decentralized AI and DePIN platform (a RollApp deployed on Dymension/Celestia) that connects AI agents with real-world resources through its modular **World Abstraction Layer**.

Founded in 2024 and backed by \$9 million in funding from investors like Delphi Ventures, DWF Labs, and GSR, the network offers five core modules: **ROME** (resource orchestration), **OCY DePIN** (decentralized storage), **ADCS** (native AI oracle service), **NOSTRINGS** (identity and resources), and **VORD** (AI app builder). **zNodes** serve as essential validator nodes that secure the network, verify data integrity, and ensure safe access to reliable information.

The system uses the **\$RIZ** token for transactions, staking, governance, and rewards. A recent node sale update (November 2024) increased the allocation per zNode to 42,857 \$RIZ and reduced the Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV) to \$64.1 million. It offers two options for holders: **HOLD** (2-year unlock schedule) or **BURN** (immediate payment). The project aims to solve the data fragmentation and resource access challenges currently limiting AI applications.
